"When we experience the Beautiful,
there is a sense of homecoming".
John O'Donohue

I created THE THREAD JOURNAL. alongside my PR career in the interwoven interiors, design, art and architecture sectors. Intended to be an online space of simultaneous stillness and creativity, here I share my musings about the importance of cultivating everyday beauty to foster a sense of homecoming and sacred space.

I have long been drawn to the expression of home as both an anchor and a vehicle of self-expression throughout history. This, together with other threads including daily rituals; intuitive movement; astrological wisdom and the natural world, lead me in the ongoing process of reconnecting with myself and the space I inhabit.  I aim to share the tools for becoming ‘at home’ within ourselves and our surroundings.

This is an invitation to take up a little more space in order to reclaim the connection to yourself and your place in the world.

I hope that this will become a platform to elevate a connection to our own sacred space for grounding, wellbeing and to facilitate our own homecoming.
